People & Culture Manager will be a key partner of the management team and will play a significant role in the future growth of the business. We are looking for a self-driven and action-oriented leader prepared to oversee all HR and corporate culture issues and processes, and support all functional areas of the business. Responsibilities
Provide the leadership role in HR and corporate culture issues,
Reorganize and restructure the HR team and processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness as necessary, locally as well as globally in current and potential countries of operation,
Provide professional guidance regarding routine performance evaluation, discipline, grievance and absence related matters,
Manage relationships with relevant third parties, industry regulators, legal and other advisors,
Keep the company’s online training portal active and up-to-date with relevant content, and continuously monitor online professional development platforms such as Edex, Coursera, etc.
Plan and organize online and / or offline training organizations for current and potential employees,
Organize occasional motivational onsite and offsite social activity organizations for the whole company (300+ people working on-site and hybrid) and for individual business units, teams, etc.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in progressively responsible HR roles,
Expertise in HR related processes (including but not limited to recruitment, payroll, training, organizational development, performance evaluation, etc.), process management, accounting, reporting, legal & regulatory affairs and taxation,
Experience in high-growth and / or high-turnover, high volume recruitment environments is critical,
Experience in the technology sector in particular, experience in customer support, call center, hospitality verticals is a plus,
Degree from a reputable university, MBA degree is a plus,
Good understanding of diversity and inclusion initiatives as well as employee engagement,
Excellent communication skills,
Command of spoken and written English is essential.
