Our company is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with leadership and expertise. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in the technology sector and B2B marketing, showcasing strong leadership skills for team management, implementation of marketing strategies, and effective management of departmental operations.

The role is expected to ensure the effective, creative, and efficient implementation of the group company’s brand strategies and plans. This involves collaborating with internal teams and local agencies to increase sales and market share.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a vision and strategy for the brands with the head of marketing, sales and product owners on how marketing can best support growth, impact, and sustainability.
  • Build scalable go-to-market strategy, increasing overall brand awareness in targeted regions, and drive lead-gen efforts to increase pipeline/revenue growth.
  • Manage all marketing campaigns and marketing budget, advising how to maximize impact with our target audience.
  • Work closely with the integrated agencies to support effective execution campaigns.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Support, Data Insights & CRM teams to further develop our offerings and capabilities.
  • Evaluate the performance of all marketing activities (both online & offline) and take necessary actions.
  • Effectively manage and coordinate marketing team members and evaluate team priorities.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies, overseeing marketing operations.
  • Create, monitor, and evaluate the marketing budget.


 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Advertising, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field. MBA is a plus.

• Minimum of 7 years of work experience, preferably in the technology industry, with expertise in B2B marketing.

• This role will report to the CMO; it requires ability to work independently and deliver with limited oversight.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in team management.

• Collaboration, cross-functional working & multi-tasking skills, with fine presentation & reporting know-how.

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

• Digital marketing, B2B-focused content marketing, campaign management, event management, and business development experience are critical assets.

• Having an analytical mindset and ability to oversee issues from a comprehensive perspective.

• Ability to deliver SMART action plans according to department goals.

• Proficient in MS Office programs and experience in marketing automation tools.

• Familiarity with CRM processes and the ability to integrate them into business operations.

• Experience in creating, monitoring, and evaluating marketing budgets.

• Ability to provide tactical support to senior management and department executives.
