JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop comprehensive product marketing strategies and plans tailored to the B2B sector, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market tactics.
• Create compelling marketing collateral such as sales enablement materials, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations to support product launches and ongoing promotion efforts.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and areas for differentiation.
• Collaborate closely with IT product owners to understand product features, benefits, and value propositions, and translate technical details into compelling marketing content.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop effective sales tools, training materials, and programs to support the sales process and drive revenue.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance metrics and KPIs to optimize marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.
• Stay updated on competitors, industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
• Engage in sales and customer relationship management activities, participate internal and external marketing events.
• Manage decision makers and have close communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Leverage competitor benchmarks and ensure customer's needs are captured by new product development and product improvement process.

Candidates for this position must have

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (min 2 years) in product marketing, preferably in the software industry with a focus on B2B marketing.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Having strong communication skills both oral and written,
• Strategic thinker with ability to set the product vision.
• Knowing active listening, improving conversation with correct and relevant questions,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Highly motivated to create original content.
