Established in 1989 and growing at a fast pace, Protel has become an indispensable technology, maintenance and software provider in Turkey’s hospitality sector. But the mission of bridging world-leading companies and local hospitality sector wasn’t enough for Protel anymore. Job Description


  • Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies.
  • Manage communication projects, working with communication agencies.
  • Plan and coordinate public relations and social responsibility activities.
  • Take on tasks in reputation management and crisis management, protect the company's reputation, and develop an effective communication strategy in times of crisis.
  • Create and execute the company's fair, event, and sponsorship strategy.
  • Develop strategies to increase brand awareness at events. Manage communication activities in this direction.
  • Collaborate with external agencies or internal teams to create video content. Manage the production and publication of promotional and success story videos.
  • Develop and manage internal communication tools.
  • Create internal communication strategies in collaboration with the HR department.


Candidates for This Position Must Have


  • For this position, candidates with experience in corporate communications-focused roles are preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in corporate communications and public relations.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Active listening skills and the ability to improve conversation with relevant questions.
  • Be able to think strategically and have analytical skills.
  • Be able to collaborate within a team and have leadership skills.
