HR Business Partner

HR Business Partner is a key member of the management team who will play a significant role in PROTEL’s future growth. We are looking for a self-driven and action-oriented leader prepared to oversee HR and corporate culture issues and processes, and strategically support and collaborate with functional areas of the business. The right candidate will have a professional spirit, the energy and discipline to join a leading group of companies and add value.


Responsibilities

  • Assume a dynamic and collaborative leadership role in HR and corporate culture issues for Protel Group of companies,
  • Establish a strategically supportive relationship with all business units, 
  • Reorganize and restructure the HR team, processes and procedures locally as well as globally in current and potential countries of operation,
  • Make use of and implement from zero as necessary integrated digital tools (HR softwares, platforms, etc) to maximize efficiency and agility, 
  • Manage relationships with relevant third parties, legal and other advisors,
  • Provide professional guidance for performance evaluation, disciplinary, grievance and absence related matters,
  • Organize occasional motivational social activity organizations for the company (400+ people working on-site and hybrid) and for individual departments, teams, etc.
  • Supervise the planning and organization of online and / or offline training organizations for current and potential employees. 


Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in total and in progressively responsible HR roles,
  • Expertise in management of HR related processes (recruitment, payroll, training, organizational development, performance evaluation, etc.) with a strong business-orientation (i.e. operational knowledge of accounting, reporting, legal & regulatory affairs and taxation, etc.), data literacy, digital dexterity and people advocacy,
  • Experience in high-growth and / or high-turnover recruitment environments is critical,
  • Experience in the technology sector in particular, customer support, call center, and/or hospitality verticals is a plus,
  • Experience in career management practices,
  • Good understanding of diversity and inclusion initiatives and employee engagement, 
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Degree from a reputable university, MBA is a plus,
  • Strong command of spoken and written English.

What Does the Recruitment Process Look Like?

1. Application Review: The CV is carefully reviewed to evaluate achievements, qualifications, and alignment with the role's requirements.

2. Initial Interview: The initial interview, lasting 25-30 minutes, is conducted with the Human Resources Business Partner to explore professional experiences, career goals, and potential synergies. This step helps identify how collaboration can be most effective.

3. Technical Meeting: The technical discussion takes place via Google Meet with the team lead, allowing for an in-depth exploration of technical expertise. Specific questions are addressed, and technical skills are demonstrated.

4. Case Study & Assessment Center: A role-specific project is assigned to showcase practical knowledge and proficiency. Assessment center tests are also conducted to identify opportunities for enhancing soft skills, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.

5. Case Evaluation Meeting: A dedicated meeting is held with the team to evaluate the case study. This session provides an opportunity to present the approach, explain the thought process, and discuss proposed solutions.

6. Reference Check: References are contacted to gain deeper insights into professional background and accomplishments.

7. Final Decision: A decision regarding suitability for the position is communicated within a maximum of five business days.
