Welcome to the position of Mediterranean Region Sales Executive, which will play a key role in the future business growth!


Sales Executive will be a key member of the sales team who will play a significant role for the future growth of the business in Mediterranean Region (Antalya, Adana, Mersin) . We are looking for a self-driven and action-oriented teammates prepared to take responsibility at a regional level. The right candidate will have a professional spirit, the energy and discipline to join a leading company and creativity to add value.



Responsibilities


  • Emphasizing the enhancement of current clients and creation of new opportunities at individual, regional, and team levels to reach corporate sales targets.
  • Identify business opportunities and customer expectations through visits, sales meetings, demonstrations and comprehensive need analysis for offering the right set of products and services solutions,
  • Provide demonstrations of software solutions as required for potential restaurant customers,
  • Collaborate with marketing, pre sales / sales development and customer support teams when necessary to enhance customer satisfaction.



Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university,
  • Minimum 5+ years of corporate (B2B) sales experience preferably in the technology sector dealing with software and/or IT products and services (etc.Hotel and restaurant systems such as POS, Micros...)
  • Ability to work with targets in a systematic way with persistence and a positive attitude,
  • Commercial awareness to grasp the business needs and requirements of potential customers and to present appropriate technology solutions,
  • Proficient in working English as the role requires understanding and learning about own and competing products and services at a global scale as necessary,
  • A strong technology aptitude and competence in online office and CRM tools,
  • Dynamic, result-oriented, self-motivated and ambitious with a strong customer focus and willingness to learn,
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to initiate, develop and maintain good relationships with potential and existing customers,
  • No regional travel restrictions (via company car and/or plane) at least 50% of the time,
  • Class-B type driver’s license
